Guide de Voyage Shanghai

Where tradition and modernity exist in thrilling contrast

Why Visit Shanghai

Shanghai is China at its most forward-looking. The Pudong skyline is one of the world's most recognizable. Yet five minutes across the river you're on the Bund, among grand European buildings of the 1920s and 30s.

A city of contrasts. Ancient temples stand in the shadow of glass towers. Michelin-starred restaurants share blocks with tiny shops serving the best soup dumplings.
